Privacy Policy
The short version
Codeonix runs 100% locally on your machine. Your scripts, files, clipboard, and API keys never leave your computer. The only thing we collect is anonymous usage data (which triggers you use, crash reports, etc.) so we can fix bugs and improve the app. You can turn that off anytime in Settings → Privacy.
What we collect
When analytics is enabled (it's on by default), the app sends a small set of anonymous events to https://codeonix.app/analytics/api/. Here's exactly what:

| Feature usage | Which triggers and features are used (e.g. task_run_success). Only metadata like trigger type — never your script code or data. |
| Errors & crashes | Error message and stack trace to fix bugs. No personal data included. |
This data is stored on our own servers and is never sold or shared with anyone.
The website (codeonix.app) logs basic anonymous traffic stats — pages visited, browser type, and country-level region. No IP addresses are stored.
What we never collect
These things stay on your machine, always:
- Your script code
- Script output or logs
- File paths or file contents
- Clipboard text
- Webhook request bodies
- API keys or credentials
- Your name, email, or any personal info
Your AI provider API keys are stored locally in the app's settings file and are sent directly to your chosen AI provider when you click AI ✦. They never touch Codeonix servers.
Third-party services

We don't use ad networks, social media trackers, or any other third-party data services.
Your control
Go to Settings → Privacy and turn analytics off. When disabled, nothing is sent — ever. The app works exactly the same without it.
You can also block outbound requests to codeonix.app at your firewall. This won't affect your scripts, triggers, or local webhook server.
Because the app collects no personal data, there's nothing to delete or export. If you submitted a community script and want it removed, just email us.
If this policy changes significantly, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and post a notice on the website.
